This dataset lists census tracts that are recommended for identification as disproportionately impacted areas, according to Public Act 21-1, An Act Concerning Responsible and Equitable Regulation of Adult-Use Cannabis. "Disproportionately impacted area" means a census tract in the state that has a historical conviction rate for drug-related offenses greater than one-tenth, or an unemployment rate greater than ten percent, as determined by the Social Equity Council. This list of disproportionately impacted areas is expected to be considered by the Social Equity Council at the August 2, 2022 meeting.

The Local Area Unemployment Statistics (LAUS) program produces monthly employment, unemployment, and labor force data for Census regions and divisions, States, counties, metropolitan areas, and many cities, by place of residence. The LAUS program is a federal-state cooperative endeavor in which states develop state and sub-state data using concepts, definitions, and technical procedures prescribed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). A major source of labor force data estimates, the Current Population Survey (CPS) includes a sample of over 1,600 Connecticut households each month regarding the labor force status of their occupants

Every quarter, Connecticut reports on American Rescue Plan expenditures, obligations and project status to the US Treasury Department (UST). This dataset contains data exported from the US Treasury data system on Connecticut's ARPA funded work. This view joins UST Reporting with Allocation data listed in Public Act 22-118. The dataset also contains agency abbreviations.

This dataset provides the monthly count of employees at executive branch agencies where human resource responsibilities are handled centrally by the Department of Administrative Services ("in-scope agencies). Employee counts by agency and month are included.

All employees at in-scope agencies are counted, including full-time, part-time, regular, temporary, and per diem employees.

The data are pulled from Core-CT, Connecticut's HR reporting system.

This dataset lists census tracts that were identified as high poverty, low opportunity areas according to PA 23-205 Section 101.

"High poverty, low opportunity areas" mean a census tract in the state where thirty percent or more of the residents have incomes below the federal poverty level, according to the 2021 five-year United States Census Bureau American Community Survey.

The 2021 ACS estimates were used to identify these tracts.

(4) Total entry fees from in-state participants (based on geolocation of participant when fee is collected).
